Terms of service

What CatalogReady is. CatalogReady analyzes publicly accessible ecommerce pages and scores how readable they are for AI shopping assistants. The free scan produces a score; the $49 one-time purchase produces a fix report for that scan. The report is a digital product delivered immediately. There is no subscription and no account.

No guaranteed outcomes. The score is directional and technical. It measures AI-shopping readiness signals on your pages. It does not guarantee search rankings, AI assistant placement or recommendation, traffic or sales, and we never claim to query ChatGPT or any other assistant on your behalf.

Refund policy — useful or it's free. If your full report doesn't give you clear, actionable fixes for improving your store's AI shopping readiness, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund your $49. The refund applies to the one-time report purchase; it does not guarantee placement, ranking or recommendation in any AI assistant.

Acceptable use. Only submit stores you own or have the right to analyze. We crawl politely (25 requests max, honest user agent) and read publicly accessible pages only. Do not submit private, password-protected or admin URLs, and do not use the service to scan systems you have no authorization for. We may refuse or delete audits that violate this.

Your store stays yours. We never make changes to your store automatically. The report is advice; implementing fixes is your decision and your responsibility. Parts of the report (extraction panels, description rewrites) may be AI-generated — review them before publishing anything to your store.

Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details. We receive payment confirmation and basic payment metadata (checkout session id, email used at checkout).

Limitation of liability. The service and reports are provided as-is, without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report ($49).
